Question: How to overcome acne with oily skin?

It's been plaguing me since I was like 15 and now I'm 21. My face, chest, shoulders, and back are all breaking out! My face is oily so what to do about this? My oily skin is actually bless for me. But you know it tends to easily suffers from acne. I've got acne for the last 2 years. If someone out there know the way to get rid of these acne naturally, please tell me.
