Question: Help giant acne breakout!!!?

I register for school tomorrow morning at 8:30 and i really need something to dramatically shrink about 3 big pimples that hurt and some very tiny can't be popped zits. I know nothing works overnight but I have to try. I'm thinking aboutneosporin and applied alcohol to the Red ones that popped. Just any recommendations would help. THANKYOU Thanks to the first three answers I had some clearasil laying around and used it I have a hotspot somewhere I'm looking for batteries lol I wish you could all have best answer and THANKYOU and no one usenaccutane it causes serious gastro intestinal problems

Don't pop them they will come bck and use clerisil works or use bath and body works facal wash these work like a charm !

Too late to run to walmart and buy a zeno hotspot? Theyre only $40 and my friend had really good overnight results.
